Duties

Provide trauma-informed speech pathology services in community and justice settings.

Collaborate with client teams to support holistic outcomes.

Complete communication and mealtime assessments and reports.

Deliver training to support teams.

Support communication accessibility projects.

Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and reflective practice.

Skills and Prerequisites

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership.

Passion for trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and person-centred care.

Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.

Proficient writing skills and willingness to complete formal reporting.

Ability to work independently and within a supportive team.

Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing learning.

Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle during work hours.

Current Working with Children Check.

Salary Package 

Base Salary: based on experience.

Bonuses: Fortnightly bonuses for contributions beyond billables.

Leave: 4 weeks annual leave + CPD leave + volunteer leave.

CPD Support: $2,000 annual budget + 2 paid CPD leave days.

Extras: Travel reimbursement, professional AI subscription, tech and therapy resources, and professional indemnity insurance.
